How To: Ignore a Specific Number from Your Extension

• Go to ShoreTel Communicator, open ‘Options’, select ‘Personalized Call Handling’ and click ‘New Rule’

• Place a check mark on ‘Phone number match’ and click the ‘Phone number match’ link
  1. 
• Verify that the ‘Match Type’ is ‘Specific Number’, type the phone number to ignore into the ‘Number’ field, click ‘Ok’ and ‘Next’

• Select ‘Forward Call to Voice Mail’, click ‘Next’, name the rule and click ‘Finish’
