Installing Famous WMS


  1. Extract then copy file attached in this guide to an SD card and install the card into the scanner.
  2. Tap the Windows Icon in the lower left corner
  3. Select File Explorer
  4. In Header tap Down Arrow next to My Documents
  5. Select Storage Card (may need to go up a level)
  6. Select FamousMobileWMS (Note: you will be installing 3 files from this folder)
  7. Select symbol.all.arm
  8. Select Device and then tap Install at the bottom
  9. Tap OK when successfully installed
  10. Install NETCFv35.Messages.EN.wm.cab
  11. Select Device and tap Install at the bottom
  12. Tap OK when successfully Installed
  13. Copy the config.xml file from the Storage Card\Custom Folder to Program Files\FamousMobileWMS\
  14. Select the config file
  15. Hold down on the file to get the menu and Select Copy
  16. Select My Device from the Header down arrow next to Show
  17. Select Program Files
  18. Select FamousMobileWMS
  19. Hold down for Menu and Scroll down to Paste
  20. Install FamousMobileWMS by selecting cab file under SD Card\FamousMobileWMS\
  21. Restart Device you can now launch Famous WMS
