Use the following instructions to Add a new Dial out number to a Sensaphone 400

  1. Press SET
  2. Press PHONE NUMBER 
  3. Select which telephone number to program. Press any unassigned number key (from 1 to 4) to represent the new telephone number entry. The Model 400 will respond: “Enter number.” 
  4. Enter the complete telephone number using the number keys. 
  5. Press ENTER. The unit will respond with “Okay.” 
  6. Repeat above procedure to program up to four separate telephone numbers 

 

One Item to note is if you have a dial out number on your line instead of a direct dial tone you may need to incorporate up to three pause breaks after the dial out number so the phone system will have time to direct your line to dial tone before attempting to dial out. This can be added by using the guide above but on step 4 enter dial out number then use the pause key between 1 and 3 times then enter your number. Continue to follow the rest of this guide then test the dial out function.
