Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue.
- Log into the RDS connection broker or use A local server manager tool to access Server Manager > Remote Desktop Services > Collections (for NAV this is 072-AS040)
- Find end user in connections box and right click then log out end user session.
- Remote into file server. (For NAV this is 072-FS070)
- Browse with File explorer to the remote app UVHD for clients. (For NAV it is "U: \RDS_UPD\NY")
- Right click on your filter options and select more.
- find the option shared with and check it then click ok.
- Find end users drive by filtering the shared with Field.
- Rename the end users UVHD to a .old file.
- Have the end user relaunch the remote app and their session settings will be re-created.
