Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

 

  1. Log into the RDS connection broker or use A local server manager tool to access Server Manager > Remote Desktop Services > Collections (for NAV this is 072-AS040)
  2. Find end user in connections box and right click then log out end user session.
  3. Remote into file server. (For NAV this is 072-FS070)
  4. Browse with File explorer to the remote app UVHD for clients. (For NAV it is "U: \RDS_UPD\NY")
  5. Right click on your filter options and select more.
  6. find the option shared with and check it then click ok.
  7. Find end users drive by filtering the shared with Field.
  8. Rename the end users UVHD to a .old file.
  9. Have the end user relaunch the remote app and their session settings will be re-created.
