This article will help you change NAV to point to our quality assurance / sandbox / testing database. This database is restored periodically and has any of the latest changes we have made so far in our NAV system.
These directions work for both NY and WC servers. Use the appropriate server address next to NY or WC.
How to know what database I am currently in or what address to use?
In the top right cornor of the window will have a green background for our live system or red for testing.

How do I change what database or company I am in?
- Click the "Main Menu" arrow on the top left. Pictured here and click on "Select Server".
- If you have connected to the server before, it will be in the drop-down list. Either select that server or copy and paste from above to the server you wish to connect. After pasting, hit tab and the companies will load.
- Select the company you wish to connect to and click OK. You should now see the green or red status in the top right corner based on the server and company you are connected to.
