- Open Printer Web Browser (IP address can be found in Teams in SSS-IT>Inventory>Files>Printer Roll Out)
- Sign into Admin Profile on Printer (Username: Administrator | Password: free76Cysteine10) Will work for most printers.
- Select Scan/Digital Send Tab on top bar
- In the Left Pane expand Scan to Network Folder and click Quick Sets
- Select a user that is already created and click Copy
- Enter users full name in Quick Set Name and click next
- Select network folder path and click Edit
- In UNC Folder Path, replace users name with correct user (example: dgutierrez, rmcgrath, jgreen)
- Select Verify Access (If fails you can find correct password in LastPass)
- Select Ok
- Select Finish
- Under Quick Set Name, select Control Panel Customization (in white box after the names)
- Make sure users name is showing up in Home Screen under Home Screen Arrangement (Drag and drop if not)
