• Make Sure to be on Company Network. If on WI-FI make sure you are NOT on the Guest Network
  • Open File Explorer
  • File Path: 
    • \\012-ps020\  for Most Printers in Yakima and Ranches
    • \\021-ps020\  for HECA
    • \\072-ps020\  for NY
  • Double click on printer they need (There are color and non color printer options)
  • May need to enter Admin Credentials to install Drivers
  • Make sure to set correct Default Printer.
