- Open Mitel Connect Director ( http://012-as120.sssteiner.com:5478/dm/login ) Use Windows Credentials.
- In the left pane go to the Maintenance Tab (icon looks like a heart monitor)
- Expand Status and Maintenance
- Select Appliances
- Uncheck Switch selected and Select the Switch or Switches you need to Restart
- Select Apply above to Reset the Switch
