• Open Unifi
  • Make Sure you are on the Right Location and in the Left Pane Select Devices
  • Select the Existing Switch that the New Switch is Connected to.
  • Select the Clients Tab on top
  • Find MAC Address on new switch and match it to one on list to get IP address ( If the switch has a screen it should show on there)
  • Open Putty
  • Username: ubnt
  • Password: ubnt
  • Type: Set-inform http://10.0.12.227:8080/inform
  • New Switch should be in Devices now in Unifi. (May need to refresh page)
